Acceptance

In consideration of you viewing and using this platform and the software and information hosted on it (the Service) provided by HR Bubble Services Pty Ltd (HR Bubble) you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions (Terms) and agree to be bound by them. By using this Website, you agree also to comply with all policies, guidelines and instructions for the use of any HR Bubble product or service. You also consent to HR Bubble collecting, using and disclosing (if applicable) your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy available at http://www.hrbubble.com/Privacy.aspx.

Changes

HR Bubble Business may at any time modify these Terms or any documents mentioned in the “Acceptance” section above. Any modified version becomes effective at the time it is made available on the Website By using the Website after the modifications are made, you accept the modifications.

Licence

HR Bubble grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right (with no right to assign or sublicense that right) to use the Service for your lawful personal employment purposes only while you remain an employee of your current employer.

Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree and represent that you will always provide to HR Bubble accurate, current and complete information (and update the information as appropriate). You must not: (a) post or transmit any information or data that is misleading, fraudulent or unlawful or is otherwise threatening, abusive, racist, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene or otherwise objectionable; (b) restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Service; (c) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish or license any material available on the Service except to the extent necessary for your legitimate employment purposes for your current employer; (e) mirror or frame any web page that forms part of the Service; (g) transmit any virus, bot, worm, scripting exploit or other harmful code or malware or any other thing which is likely to harm or corrupt the Service or any part of it; (h) transfer outside your current organisation any information, functionality or products or services available via the Service; (i) infringe the copyright or trade mark or other intellectual property rights of HR Bubble or its licensors; (j) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, decrypt, or otherwise seek to discover or obtain the source code.

Intellectual property

HR Bubble is the owner or licensee of all information, content, software, designs, graphics, pictures, applications, software and files accessible via the Service (Service Content). Service Content is subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection laws in Australia and other countries, including but not limited to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Apart from any use that is permitted under the Copyright Act all rights are reserved. Service Content may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, transmitted or distributed, nor may these objects be modified or reposted to other Internet sites. Some content is subject to the copyright rights of third party providers.

Subject to the HR Bubble privacy policy, HR Bubble may, in its sole discretion, delete or remove any of your content or information any time and with or without notice.
If you consent to HR Bubble supplying (for consideration or otherwise) to third parties any of your personal information, HR Bubble will do so only in accordance with its privacy policy and only for as long as your consent remains valid. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your systems

You are responsible for your own Internet connection and must use software, systems and equipment compatible with the Service (as specified in the published policies).

Our responsibilities

HR Bubble does its best to provide current and accurate information but the currency of information may change from time to time and HR Bubble may need to correct information, content and functionality available via the Service. HR Bubble is not responsible for any content or information lost, altered, intercepted or stored across networks that are not owned or operated by HR Bubble Business Services.
Subject to the law, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied and HR Bubble makes no warranties or representations as to the information, software or content available via the Service. If any statutory guarantees under the Pt 3-2, Sch 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) apply to any services provided via the Service, HR Bubble limits its liability under the statutory guarantees to the maximum extent permitted by law, and at its discretion, to supplying the Services again or paying the cost of having the Services supplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Bubble will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or similar damages arising from your use of Service or any information or content available via the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
